Any person accessing this website becomes a user and agrees to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set forth herein, as well as any other legal clause that may apply.

Designs, logos, texts, and/or graphics not owned by the CONTROLLER that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are responsible for any potential disputes arising therefrom. The CONTROLLER assumes no responsibility for information published on the website where such information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party without the CONTROLLER’s knowledge. Upon becoming aware of unlawful content, the CONTROLLER will act diligently to remove or disable access to such data.

Nevertheless, in accordance with LSSICE, the CONTROLLER makes available to all users, authorities, and law enforcement agencies mechanisms to collaborate directly in the removal or blocking of any content that may affect or contravene national or international law, third-party rights, morality, or public order. If the user considers that any content on the website is subject to such classification, please notify the website administrator immediately.

This website has been reviewed and tested to ensure proper operation. In principle, correct functioning 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, can be guaranteed. However, the CONTROLLER does not rule out the possibility of programming errors or circumstances of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, or similar events that may make access to the website impossible.

IP Addresses
Website servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is automatically assigned to a device when it connects to the Internet. This information is recorded in a server log file for subsequent processing exclusively to obtain statistical measurements such as the number of page visits, visits to web servers, order of visits, access points, etc.

4. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law in all matters not expressly established herein. The CONTROLLER and the USER agree to submit any dispute arising from the provision of products or services subject to these terms to the courts of the CONTROLLER’s domicile.

If the USER resides outside Spain, the CONTROLLER and the USER expressly waive any other forum and submit to the Dispute Resolution Body acting as an intermediary between them in accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, without resorting to the courts. See clause “4. COMPLAINTS AND ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION” of these Terms for more information.

If the USER resides outside the European Union, the CONTROLLER and the USER expressly waive any other forum and submit to any Dispute Resolution Body communicated by the CONTROLLER upon receipt of the claim, without resorting to the courts of justice.
